CDAC Progressive Challenge #3

This is my card for the third challenge:

and a close-up:

This beautiful image is from Just Inklined Digital Stamps...You should go check out the awesome stamps they offer!!

The card base is Bazzill...the PP is from sei's Happy Birthday...the green strip along the bottom is Bazzill Bling...

I had a lot of fun with this image!!...I colored the image with Bic Mark-it all Markers and Sharpies!!...Gina K of Gina K Designs has done a couple of videos showing how to use Bic markers with a Copic blender pen...I really like the way the flower turned out...I used four different colors of markers..and the blender pen on the flower petals...I used Martha Stewart micro beads for the flower center and on the body of the butterfly...I colored the butterfly and the leaves twice and cut them out...popped them up on pop dots for some dimension...I also used some Martha Stewart glitter on the butterfly...the sentiment is from a CardMakers kit club...I used Making Memories black ink...

The pearls and ribbon are from my stash...

Thanks for stopping by...and have a great night!!

What a beautiful card, I love how you did the butterfly. I saw it on CDAC and was needing some inspiration and ideas as I got stumped on the butterfly. I am so glad I came by and I love you blog so I became a follower!
